• Protect Church Property and People--"How to Keep Your Church Out of Court," is a new book from Concordia Publishing House which helps congregations determine how to treat property, parishioners, employees, and neighbors with the care the law requires. While noone can guarantee that a church will never face a lawsuit, church leaders can minimize the chances of having to defend against, or pay money as the result of, a claim of negligence or intentional misconduct that has led to an injury by applying the basic principles in this book.

• Stewardship Resources--Synod--Synod's Stewardship Department has many resources available in all areas of stewardship. Check the Synod website, and go to the District and Congregation Services link and click on Stewardship. Resources under the headings of:
  • StewardLife - dedicated to a non-monetary approach to living the life of a Christian steward
  • Steward Help - for those looking for assistance with stewardship programs.
  • StewardBYTES - short stories with a stewardship emphasis.
  • StewardCAST - a stewardship newsletter at no charge.

• Stewardship Resource for Teens--Are you looking for a stewardship resource for those who have been recently confirmed and the teenagers in your congregation?
